Brief Introduction :

We MAXWAY MACHINE COMPANY LTD (MMCL) is the first company that design and produce the hydraulic submersible dredge pump,

brand PUMPKING, in China since year 2008.
It is mainly used to suction sand / mud / clay / small rock from river, pond, shipping port, tailing, shallow sea, sewer and soft mud terrain.

It could be attached on excavator or hydraulic power pack to transport sand / mud / small rock to far place easily.
According to client’s hydraulic system and working requests, 4 to 16 inch output hydraulic submersible dredge pumps could be produced for you.

Working Principle:

Excavator hydraulic system or hydraulic power pack drives the hydraulic motors that installed in the dredge pump,

then hydraulic motors drive the pump impeller and cutter (cutters are used to sir the hard sand or mud) to rotate at high speed.

Pump suction slurry and discharge them to far place via discharge hoses.

Main Specification :

This pump could be used to suction big size sand, hard mud and clay.

The 2 side cutters could stir river bed (sea, pond, lake...) to raise working efficiency.

Also, we assemble agitator at the bottom of pump.

It also could stir the solid in the water. That could help to suction more solid.

This pump could be used to suction hard mud, clay and fine sand.

The center cutter could stir mud, clay and fine sand very nicely.

And, dredge pump input part is near to the center cutter, so more solid could be

suctioned into pump, working efficiency is higher.

This pump could be used to suction soft mud and fine sand.

At pump bottom, we assembled agitator.

It could will rotate with the pump shaft at high speed.

So, more thick mud and sand could be suctioned.

Pump shaft, mechanical seals and bearings are installed in

oil chambers. So, our pump does NOT need any lubricating.

The pump casing / impeller / guard plates / agitator / side cutter

are made of Cr26 or Cr30 alloy with heat treatment .

More durable than stainless steel and common casting steel.

The side cutters (or center cutter) on pump could stir hard sand,

clay or mud to raise the working efficiency.

Our pump is installed mechanical seal (made by hard alloy).

Its working performance is better a lot than common seals,

and life time is longer.
